摘要
电网事故信息的收集与发布具有时效性强、准确性高等特点,从而对调度开展异常处理提出较高的要求。笔者设计一种基于保信系统的电网信息分析系统,在获取保信系统跳闸数据的基础上,按照调度信息发布标准智能整合事故信息,并自动记录事故信息,实现调度台异常信息的自动获取。实践表明,该系统能够减少人工收集信息的工作量,使供电各部门快速获知电网故障情况。
The collection and release of power grid accident information has the characteristics of strong timeliness and high accuracy, which puts forward higher requirements for dispatching abnormal handling. The author designs a power grid information analysis system based on the trustworthiness system. Based on the trip data of the trustworthiness system, the accident information is intelligently integrated according to dispatching information release standards, and accident information is automatically recorded,so as to realize the automatic acquisition of abnormal information of the dispatching station. The practice shows that the system can reduce the workload of manual information collection and make the power supply departments quickly know the power grid fault.
