摘要
目的探讨皮肤镜检测下评估复方斯亚旦生发酊治疗脂溢性脱发的临床疗效。方法选取2023年10月至2023年12月于本院收治的脂溢性脱发患者150例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(给予2%米诺地尔搽剂治疗)和试验组(在对照组基础上给予复方斯亚旦生发酊治疗),各75例,均治疗3个月,并进行皮肤镜检测和评估。观察比较两组患者治疗前后的症状评分变化,以及两组患者治疗后的疗效和不良并发症发生情况。结果通过治疗后,两组患者红斑、头皮炎症、油脂、鳞屑、毛发数量、瘙痒和脱发数量的症状评分较治疗前均得到明显改善,但是试验组患者治疗前后各症状评分差值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率65(86.67%)远远高于对照组发生率52(69.33%)(c^(2)=6.566,P=0.010);两组患者均未出现明显不良并发症。结论脂溢性脱发应用皮肤镜检测下评估可以发现,复方斯亚旦生发酊治疗能够提高患者临床疗效,减轻患者头皮炎症、红斑、油脂、鳞屑、毛发数量、瘙痒和脱发数量的临床症状,且无明显不良并发症发生,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Siyadan hair growth tincture in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia under dermatoscopy examination.Methods A total of 150 patients with seborrheic alopecia admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(treated with 2%minoxidil lotion)and an experimental group(treated with compound siyadan hair growth tincture on the basis of the control group)according to the random number table method,with 75 patients in each group.All patients were treated for 3 months and underwent dermatoscopy detection and evaluation.The changes in symptom scores before and after treatment between two groups of patients were observed and compared,as well as the therapeutic effects and the occurrence of adverse complications after treatment between both groups.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of erythema,scalp inflammation,oil,scales,hair quantity,itching,and hair loss in both groups of patients were significantly improved compared to those before treatment.However,the difference in symptom scores between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment was significantly higher(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the experimental group was 65%(86.67%),which was much higher than the incidence rate of the control group,which was 52%(69.33%)(c^(2)=6.566,P=0.010);Both groups of patients did not show any significant adverse complications.Conclusion The application of dermatoscopy in the evaluation of seborrheic alopecia can show that the treatment of compound Siyadan hair growth tincture can improve the clinical efficacy of patients,reduce the clinical symptoms of scalp inflammation,erythema,oil,scale,hair quantity,itching,and hair loss,and there are no obvious adverse complications.It is worthy of promotion.
