摘要
本研究采用浅部真菌接种菌量的计数控制技术,观察10种中草药对我国主要分布的8种致病性浅部真菌的抑菌实验及MIC测定。其中丹皮、青蒿、白鲜皮、秦皮、射干、羌活水提物在5％浓度即对部分浅部真菌产生抑制作用。羌活的平均MIC为11.88％,提示可做为广谱抗浅部真菌中草药。
By counting the amount of microbes inoculation of superficial fungus and MIC determination, 10 kinds of herbs distributed in China were observed for their bacteriostatic actions on 8 kinds of common superficial fungal infections. Among them, 5% water extracts from Cortex Moutan Radicis, Herba Artemisia, Cortex Dictamni Radicis, Cortex Fraxini Rhizoma Belamcandae and Radix Notopterigii, their average MIC were 11. 88%, indicating that they can be applied as wide - spectrum antifungal herbs for superficial mycotic infection.
