摘要
媒介生物学课程是一门来源于实践的科学,实践性强,但目前现行教学偏重理论,现场实习基地匮乏,一线师资实践能力薄弱,导致学生应用能力不足。针对媒介生物学课程存在的实践教学课时不足、学生实操能力薄弱及教学评价体系单一等问题,本研究基于学科实践性本质,特别强调了实践教学的重要性,提出基于“理论—基础实验—综合实践—科研创新”阶梯式课程体系的改革路径。媒介生物学课程的实践教学规范化是确保教学质量、提升学生能力、培养合格专业人才的关键环节,因此本文重点提出了实践教学规范化具体实施路径,包括制定教学大纲和操作规范,制定实践教学经费预算申请流程、实验室管理规范化,现场实习管理规范化,师资培训与团队建设规范化,考核与反馈机制规范化;并指出了在实施实践教学规范化过程中应遵循的原则,即科学性原则、系统性原则、实践性原则、可操作性原则、安全性原则、创新性原则、评价与反馈原则和合作与资源共享原则。通过规范化实践教学,培养适应行业需求的复合型人才,服务于公共卫生安全及热带病防控国家战略。
The course vector biology is an applied⁃oriented discipline rooted in practical expertise.However,current pedagogical frameworks exhibit excessive focus on theoretical instruction due to limited field training facilities and insufficient practical experience among frontline educators.It leads to compromised student competency in field applications.Addressing curriculum deficiencies such as insufficient hands⁃on teaching hours,deficiencies in operational skills,and simplistic assessment systems,this study emphasizes the centrality of practical education inherent to the discipline and proposes a reformative“theory⁃basic experiment comprehensive practice⁃research innovation”tiered curriculum framework.Standardization of practical teaching constitutes a critical pathway to ensure educational quality,enhance student capabilities,and develop competency⁃based professionals aligned with national public health security and tropical disease prevention strategies.Therefore,this paper focues on a framework for standardizing practical teaching through⁃developing teaching syllabi and operational guidelines,preparing a budget application process for practical teaching funds,standardizing laboratory management,on⁃site internship management,faculty training and team building,and assessment/feedback mechanisms.Implementation principles include:scientific rigor,systematic design,practical relevance,operational feasibility,safety compliance,innovation orientation,evaluation/feedback systems,collaboration and resource sharing.The initiative aims to cultivate interdisciplinary professionals meeting industry demands,thereby advancing public health security and national tropical disease prevention strategies.
