摘要
为了有效防治水稻二化螟等作物虫害,研制了22%氯虫苯甲酰胺·甲氧虫酰肼纳米悬浮剂,并确定了其最佳配方。并通过田间药效试验评价了该悬浮剂对水稻二化螟的防治效果。结果表明,22%氯虫苯甲酰胺·甲氧虫酰肼纳米悬浮剂产品的最佳配方为氯虫苯甲酰胺4%、甲氧虫酰肼18%、NS-500LQ 3%、P5412%、增效剂Prime 10%、乙二醇5%、消泡剂15110.5%、硅酸镁锂0.5%,去离子水补足。该配方悬浮率高,储存稳定性高,符合纳米悬浮剂标准要求。田间试验显示,在水稻二化螟爆发初期使用1000倍液喷雾,药后10 d防效达到98.6%,表明该制剂针对水稻二化螟具有较好的防治效果。
In order to effectively control rice stem borer and other crop pests,22%chlorantraniliprole·methoxyfenozide nanosuspension is developed and its optimal formulation is determined.The control effect of the suspension on rice stem borer is evaluated by field efficacy test.The results show that the optimum formulation of 22%chlorantraniliprole·methoxyfenozide nanosuspension is chlorantraniliprole 4%,methoxyfenozide 18%,NS-500LQ 3%,P5412%,synergistic agent Prime 10%,ethylene glycol 5%,defoamer 15110.5%,magnesium lithium silicate 0.5%,deionized water to make up.The formulation has high suspension rate and high storage stability,which meets the requirements of nano-suspension standard.The field test shows that the control effect reaches 98.6%after 10 days of spraying with 1000 times liquid at the initial stage of rice stem borer outbreak,indicating that the preparation has good control effect on rice stem borer.
