下穿工程引发既有线路基病害检测技术研究

摘要 既有线下穿工程极易引发既有线路基病害并导致路基塌陷,影响行车安全,而病害对路基的影响具有隐蔽性和滞后性。本文全面分析了既有线路基检测技术现状,并提出将三维高密度电法探测技术应用于既有线路基病害检测,通过多排电极阵列对检测区域进行全方位测量,获取三维空间电场分布数据。对比单极-偶极、温纳-施伦贝谢两种装置模拟数据及反演效果,发现单极-偶极装置数据量更丰富,探测深度更大,对异常体的分辨能力更强;研究表明在路基两侧布置2~3排电极时,反演结果能够准确分析既有线路基下方低阻异常空间位置,可在既有线正常运营状态下开展检测工作,通过工程案例验证了技术方案的可行性。三维高密度电法探测技术为既有线路基病害检测提供了新的有效途径,有助于推动铁路基础设施维护技术的创新发展。 The underpass engineering of existing railways is extremely likely to trigger subgrade diseases of existing lines,leading to collapses that affect traffic safety.The impact of diseases on the subgrade shows concealment and delayed manifestation.This paper analyzes the current situation of detection technologies for existing railway subgrades,and proposes the application of the three-dimensional high-density electrical detection technology for the detection of subgrade diseases in existing lines.Through the all-round measurement of the detection area by multi-row electrode arrays,the three-dimensional spatial distribution data of the electric field are obtained.Through numerical simulation,the inversion effects of the monopole-dipole and Wenner-Schlumberger devices are compared.It is found that the monopole-dipole device has richer data volume,larger detection depth and stronger resolution for anomalies.At the same time,the study shows that when 2~3 rows of electrodes are arranged on both sides of the subgrade,the inversion results can accurately analyze the spatial position of the low-resistance anomalies below the subgrade of the existing line.It demonstrates that the method can be carryied out under the normal operation state of the existing line.Through engineering cases,the feasibility of the technical scheme is verified.The three-dimensional high-density electrical detection technology provides a new and effective way for the detection of subgrade diseases in existing lines,which helps to promote the innovative development of railway infrastructure maintenance technology.
