摘要
排涝管道下穿南水北调中线天津干线,国内尚无经验可循,穿越段天津干线为埋地有压箱涵,其沉降变形控制要求较明渠段更严。本文以中央溪谷工程穿越天津干线箱涵为例,研究下穿段管道布置、结构、沉降、安全监测、风险分析等关键设计问题,并采用不同计算方法分析顶管施工对天津干线箱涵的影响,得出在距箱涵底12.62m下穿时不影响箱涵安全稳定的结论。
The drainage pipe passes under the middle line of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project’s Tianjin trunk line.There is no domestic experience to follow.The Tianjin trunk line in the crossing section is a buried pressurized box culvert,and its settlement and deformation control requirements are stricter than those of the open channel section.Taking the Central Valley Project’s crossing of the Tianjin trunk line box culvert as an example,this paper studies the key design issues such as the pipeline layout,structure,settlement,safety monitoring,and risk analysis in the crossing section.By using different calculation methods,the influence of pipe jacking construction on the Tianjin trunk line box culvert is analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn that the crossing at a depth of 12.62m below the culvert bottom does not affect the safety and stability of the culvert.
