摘要
浙茶文献成果丰硕,涵盖茶业专题、海关档案及其他多种专题资料汇编。浙江茶史研究发轫于20世纪30年代茶业复兴运动与统制经济的推行。自20世纪80年代至21世纪,研究重心逐步从茶业振兴、技术改良、茶叶贸易等基础性议题,转向对市场贸易、茶商组织及运销网络等专题探讨。研究视野从单一经济史到社会史和全球史拓展。当前研究在茶业改良、茶叶贸易、浙江茶商、茶叶运输和浙江茶文化等方面仍存在不足,多限于宏观叙事,缺乏基于特定茶区统计数据的深度分析与茶商个体行为的微观考察,部分茶史专题研究呈现断裂态势。除平水茶区外,其他产茶区的比较研究亟待开展。未来应着力拓展主题研究维度,构建多维阐释框架,推动领域纵深发展。
Zhejiang tea literature is fruitful,covering tea industry,customs archives,and other compilations.Zhejiang tea history study originated from modern tea industry revival and regulatory policy discussions.Research scope expanded from tea revitalization,technology improvement,and trade to market systems,tea merchant organizations,and distribution networks.Current research lacks in tea industry improvement,trade,Zhejiang tea merchants,transportation,and tea culture.Studies are confined to macro-narratives,lacking depth based on specific tea region data and micro-examination of tea merchant behaviors.Specialized tea history studies are fragmented.Comparative studies of other tea regions,beyond Pingshui,are urgent.Future research should expand thematic dimensions and construct multi-dimensional frameworks for in-depth development.
