摘要
目的针对老年2型糖尿病患者实施循证护理干预,研究其护理效果以及应用价值。方法选取2022年5月—2023年4月滕州市第一人民医院收治的100例老年2型糖尿病患者,采用不同护理方法分为研究组与参照组,各50例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施循证护理,比较两组患者血糖水平、自我护理能力与护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,研究组自我护理能力评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年2型糖尿病患者实施循证护理能够有效提高患者的控制血糖水平,提高患者自我护理能力与护理满意度。
Objective Evidence-based nursing intervention was implemented for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the nursing effect and application value were studied.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Tengzhou First People′s Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into the study group and the reference group by different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,while the study group received evidence-based nursing.The blood glucose levels,self-care abilities and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c levels in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the self-care ability score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectly improve the patients′plasma glucose control level,as well as their self-care ability and nursing satisfaction.
