摘要
GH4099合金锻件被发现室温拉伸性能存在异常,为此,通过复核拉伸试验过程,并结合拉伸断口分析、金相组织观察和超声波检测等方法分析其原因。结果表明:该锻件在拉伸试验前已存在裂纹和带状碳化物,从而导致拉伸性能异常。
Abnormal tensile properties at room temperature were found in GH4099 alloy forgings.To this end,the reasons were analyzed by rechecking the tensile test process and combining methods such as tensile fracture analysis,metallographic structure observation,and ultrasonic testing.The results show that cracks and banded carbides already existed in the forging before the tensile test,which led to abnormal tensile properties.
