2022—2024年内蒙古地区鸡肉中抗球虫药残留检测及膳食风险评估

Detection of coccidiostat drugs residues and the assessment of dietary risk in chicken in Inner Mongolia from 2022 to 2024

摘要 目的 了解内蒙古地区2022—2024年鸡肉中抗球虫药残留情况并评估膳食风险。方法 在内蒙古自治区的农贸市场、商店、网店等共采集鸡肉样本240份,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法(liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, LC-MS/MS)进行检测,分析鸡肉中抗球虫药残留含量。根据内蒙古居民的饮食消费情况,采用点评估法和食品安全指数法对鸡肉中抗球虫药的膳食暴露风险进行评估。结果 2022—2024年内蒙古地区抗球虫药物总样本检出率为35.00%;地克珠利检出率为17.50%;托曲珠利砜检出率为12.50%;托曲珠利检出率为3.75%;尼卡巴嗪的检出率为3.33%;其中一份托曲珠利砜超过限量标准为103.4μg/kg。经卡方检验,每种抗球虫兽药的检出率具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同的抗球虫兽药之间的检出率具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。内蒙古地区鸡肉在不同年龄组人群中尼卡巴嗪、地克珠利、托曲珠利、托曲珠利砜的每日膳食暴露量(daily dietary exposure,DDE)平均值范围3.96×10^(–4)~3.50×10^(–3)μg/(kg/bw·d), DDE最大为0.201μg/(kg/bw·d);4种抗球虫兽药的食品安全指数(food safety index, IFS)平均值范围为9.89×10^(–7)~4.21×10^(-3), IFS最大为0.1005。发现2~<4岁人群DDE与安全指数IFS都是最高的,随年龄增长DDE与IFS呈逐渐减小趋势;均小于1。结论 内蒙古地区鸡肉样本中存在少量的抗球虫药残留,暴露风险较低,对人体健康危害处在可接受范围。 Objective To understand the situation of coccidiostat drugs residues in chicken in Inner Mongolia from 2022 to 2024 and assess the dietary risk.Methods A total of 240 chicken samples were collected from farmers’markets,stores and online shops in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The residues of coccidiostat in chicken were detected using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Based on the dietary consumption patterns of Inner Mongolia residents,the point assessment method and the food safety index method were employed to evaluate the dietary exposure risk of coccidiostat residues in chicken.Results From 2022 to 2024,the overall detection rate of coccidiostat in Inner Mongolia was 35.0%.The detection rates were 17.5%for diclazuril,12.5%for toltrazuril sulfone,3.75%for toltrazuril and 3.33%for nicarbazin.One sample exceeded the maximum residue limit for toltrazuril sulfone at 103.4μg/kg.Chi-square tests indicated that the detection rates of each anti-coccidiosis drug were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences in detection rates among the coccidiostat were also statistically significant(P<0.05).The average daily dietary exposure(DDE)to nicarbazin,diclazuril,toltrazuril,and toltrazuril sulfone from chicken consumption in different age groups in Inner Mongolia ranged from 3.96×10^(–4)–3.50×10^(–3)μg/(kg bw·d),with a maximum DDE of 0.201μg/(kg bw·d).The average food safety index(IFS)for the 4 kinds of coccidiostats ranged from 9.89×10^(–7) to 4.21×10^(–3),with a maximum IFS of 0.1005.The highest DDE and IFS values were observed in the 2 to<4 age group,and both DDE and IFS decreased gradually with increasing age,all values were below 1.Conclusion Low levels of coccidiostat residues are detected in chicken samples from Inner Mongolia,with low exposure risk,posing an acceptable level of harm to human health.
