苯醚甲环唑、氟唑菌酰胺及其代谢物在葡萄中的残留行为及膳食风险评估

摘要 目的探究苯醚甲环唑、氟唑菌酰胺及其代谢物在葡萄中的残留行为及其膳食风险评估。方法样品采用乙腈提取,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪检测,基质匹配外标法定量。根据残留检测结果和我国不同人群的膳食消费量评估膳食风险。结果在0.00025~0.05000 mg/L范围内,峰面积和浓度呈良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999;在0.010、0.100、0.500、1.000 mg/kg添加水平时,平均加标回收率为86%~97%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~5.4%。苯醚甲环唑、氟唑菌酰胺及其代谢的定量限(limits of quantification,LOQs)均为0.01 mg/kg。冷冻避光条件下苯醚甲环唑、氟唑菌酰胺及其代谢物在葡萄样品中能够稳定储藏至少172 d,降解率为1.0%~18.2%。苯醚甲环唑、氟唑菌酰胺在葡萄中半衰期分别为6.0~19.6 d和10.0~14.2 d。于安全间隔期(10 d)时采收的葡萄样品中,苯醚甲环唑、氟唑菌酰胺的最终残留量均低于我国相应的最大残留限量值(0.5 mg/kg和1 mg/kg)。膳食风险评估表明,苯醚甲环唑、氟唑菌酰胺对不同年龄段人群的长期和短期膳食摄入风险介于4%~71%之间,低于100%。结论按照推荐剂量和10 d安全间隔期使用12%苯甲·氟酰胺悬浮剂,收获的葡萄中农药残留量符合食品安全标准,膳食摄入风险可接受。本研究结果可为苯醚甲环唑和氟唑菌酰胺在葡萄上的科学合理使用提供技术支撑。 Objective To study the residual behavior and dietary risk assessment of difenoconazole,fluxapyroxad and its metabolites in Vitis vinifera L..Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and quantified with matrix matched external standard method.Dietary risk was assessed based on the residue detection results and the dietary consumption patterns of different populations in China.Results In the range of 0.00025 to 0.05000 mg/L,the peak area showed a good linear relationship with the mass concentration,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999.At the spiking levels of 0.010,0.100,0.500 and 1.000 mg/kg,the average recoveries ranged from 86%to 97%with the relative standard deviations of 0.5%-5.4%.The limits of quantification(LOQs)of fenoconazole,fluidazumide and its metabolism were all 0.01 mg/kg.Difenoconazole,fluxapyroxad and its metabolites could be stored stably for 172 d at least in Vitis vinifera L.samples in the frozen under dark conditions,with the degradation rates of 1.0%-18.2%.The degradation half-lifves of difenoconazole and fluxapyroxad in Vitis vinifera L.were 6.0-19.6 days and 10.0-14.2 days,respectively.The final residue level of difenoconazole and fluxapyroxad in harvest did not exceed the maximum residue limits of 0.5 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg,respectively,after 10 days of the last application.The dietary risk assessment results showed that the long-term and short-term dietary intake risk of difenoconazole and fluxapyroxad ranged from 4%to 71%(lower than 100%)for people in different age groups.Conclusion When 12%difenoconazole·fluxapyroxad suspension concentrate is applied at the recommended dose with a 10-day pre-harvest interval,the pesticide residues in harvested Vitis vinifera L.comply with food safety standards,and the dietary risk is acceptable.These results provide technical support for the scientific and rational use of difenoconazole and fluxapyroxad on Vitis vinifera L..
