四川省磷石膏无害化处理和综合利用现状及未来发展前景

摘要 磷石膏是湿法磷酸生产过程中产生的大宗工业固体废物,其大量堆存不仅占用土地资源,还可能对水体和土壤环境造成严重污染。四川省作为我国磷化工产业的重要基地,磷石膏年产生量持续攀升,历史堆存量巨大,对区域生态环境安全构成严峻挑战。本研究系统分析了四川省磷石膏的产生量、堆存现状及环境风险,全面评述了无害化处理技术和资源化利用途径的研究进展与应用现状,包括建材制备、土壤改良等领域的应用。深入分析了当前磷石膏综合利用面临的技术瓶颈、市场推广和环境风险等关键问题。基于研究结果,本文提出了加强技术创新、完善政策机制、培育下游市场等发展建议,为推动磷石膏综合利用逐步实现资源化、产业化和绿色化提供理论支撑,并为区域生态环境保护提供参考依据。 Phosphogypsum(PG)is a bulk industrial solid waste generated during wet-process phosphoric acid pro-duction,Its massive stockpiling not only occupies substantial land resources but may also cause severe pollution to water and soil environments.As a key production base of China's phosphorus chemical industry,Sichuan Province faces continuously increasing annual PG generation alongside enormous historical stockpiles,posing significant chal-lenges to regional ecological security.This study systematically analyzes the production volume,stockpiling status,and environmental risks of PG in Sichuan Province.It comprehensively reviews the research progress and application status of harmless treatment technologies and resource utilization approaches,including applications in building ma-terials production and soil improvement.The study also conducts an in-depth analysis of key challenges in PG com-prehensive utilization,including technical bottlenecks,market promotion difficulties,and environmental risks.Based on the findings,this paper proposes development recommendations focusing on technological innovation,pol-icy mechanism improvement,and downstream market cultivation.These suggestions aim to provide theoretical sup-port for advancing PG utilization towards resource recovery,industrialization,and green development,while offering reference for regional ecological environment protection.
