基于预防性维修策略的生产-配送联合优化

摘要 生产-配送联合优化能够提升供应链整体效率,降低运营成本。设备可靠性是影响生产企业供应,进而影响下游企业配送的重要因素。合理的预防性维修方案可以有效提高设备可靠性,提高企业生产产能,降低配送成本,进而降低整个供应链成本。为此,以预防性维修次数和配送路径为优化变量,以维修成本与配送成本之和最小为优化目标,建立了基于预防性维修策略的生产-配送联合优化模型,并利用遗传算法进行优化。设计了预防性维修与产能之间的函数关系,将生产量作为供应量。从研究结果获得以下结论:成本导向下,需求量较大时,单次预防性维修成本较小、单次故障性维修成本较大及故障率较高的上游企业设备会进行更多的预防性维修。预防性维修次数、维修成本、路径成本均与需求量呈正相关。研究结果丰富了生产-配送领域的理论研究,也为企业的生产配送实践活动提供了决策依据。 Production-distribution joint optimization can enhance overall supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.Equipment reliability is a key factor affecting the production supply of manufacturing firms,thereby influencing downstream distribution.A well-planned preventive maintenance strategy can effectively enhance equipment reliability,increase production capacity,reduce distribution costs,and ultimately lower overall supply chain costs.Thus,production-distribution joint optimization model based on preventive maintenance strategies was established,in which preventive maintenance frequency and distribution routes were optimized by genetic algorithm,aimed at minimizing the total costs of maintenance and distribution.And the functional relationship between preventive maintenance and production capacity was defined,using production volume as the supply.Some conclusions were obtained from the results of the experiments.First,higher demand leads upstream firms with lower single preventive maintenance costs,higher single corrective maintenance costs,and higher failure rates to perform more preventive maintenance.Second,the number of preventive maintenance,maintenance cost,and routing cost all exhibit a positive correlation with demand.The research results have enriched the theoretical research in the field of production distribution and provided decision-making basis for the practical activities of enterprise production distribution.
