摘要
朱丹溪首次确定“痛风”之病名,《格致余论·痛风》是其治疗痛风的临床总结。文章基于《格致余论》探究“以痰治痹”临床治疗脉络,发现朱丹溪“以痰治痹”思想拓宽了中医对于痛风的认识,进一步丰富了中医对于痛风的治疗思路及方法。
Zhu Danxi first established the medical term“gout”and compiled his clinical treatise Gezhi Yulun to summarize its treatment.This study explores the clinical application of“treating arthralgia with phlegm”based on Gezhi Yulun.The research reveals that Zhu Danxi s concept of“treating arthralgia with phlegm”expanded traditional Chinese medicine s understanding of gout,further enriching therapeutic approaches and methodologies in this field.
