露天矿山取芯技术研究现状及展望

摘要 露天矿山取芯技术是保障安全高效开采的核心,针对高陡边坡失稳风险与深部地质信息获取难题,其在边坡评估、灾害防控中具有关键作用。传统技术存在效率低、岩芯破碎等问题,通过新型技术创新,显著提升取芯质量与生态安全性。对露天矿山取芯技术的理论基础进行总结,分析分类特点、实践应用及发展趋势的问题,提出未来技术需向“精准化、智能化、绿色化”发展的命题,为矿山安全、效益与可持续发展提供重要技术保障。 Open-pit mine core sampling technology is the core to ensure safe and efficient mining.In response to the risks of instability of high and steep slopes and the difficulty of obtaining deep geological information,it plays a key role in slope assessment and disaster prevention and control.Traditional technologies have problems such as low efficiency and core fragmentation.Through innovation in new technologies,the quality of core sampling and ecological safety have been significantly improved.This paper summarizes the theoretical basis of open-pit mine core sampling technology,analyzes the classification characteristics,practical applications,and development trends,and proposes that future technologies should develop towards“precision,intelligence,and greenness”,providing important technical support for mine safety,efficiency,and sustainable development.
