摘要
面对疾病谱变化、人口老龄化与健康支撑需求增加的持续挑战,构建主动健康产教融合共同体是破解产教融合与教育创新、大健康产业现代化发展,弥合健康人才教育供给与产业需求重大结构性矛盾的应然选择。本文采用文献分析法、逻辑分析法、归纳演绎法等方法,对主动健康产教共同体进行探究得出:明确主动健康产教融合共同体复杂性跨界组织,理性行动统一实践载体的本质特征。明晰主动健康产教融合共同体要素、关系、环境“三集合”构成逻辑与体系架构。具体为,通过搭建多边主体、复合资源、功效平台构成的要素组合集;并基于要素构成的集合,演绎雁行架构引致,伙伴网络交互、创新矩阵裂变,形成相关关系集;识别语境叠加、集群组态、融合拓展内环境与政策循环、健康经济、人口环境、技术颠覆外环境,共组内外环境集。进而,提出主动健康产教共同体共识度、共建力、共创点、共管面“四共谋”驱动策略。通过行动者跟随,为主动健康产教共同体的历史、现实与发展的解构与重组,提供适切、适配与适用的可行性方案,为提升主动健康产教融合共同体建设质量和效能提供助益。
Faced with the continuous challenges of changes in disease pedigrees,population aging,and the increasing demand for health support,it is an inevitable choice to solve the problems of industry-education integration and educational innovation,the modernization of the large health industry,and bridge the significant structural contradiction between the supply of health talent education and industrial demand by constructing an active health industry-education integration community.By adopting the methods of literature review,logical analysis,and induction and deduction,the active health industry-education integration community was explored to clarify the essential characteristics of the complex cross-border organization and the unified practical carrier of rational action of the active health industry-education integration community,and the composition logic and system architecture of the"three sets"of elements,relationships,and environments of the active health industry-education integration community.Specifically,by establishing a set of element combinations consisting of multilateral subjects,composite resources,and functional platforms,and based on the set of elements,by deducing the formation of related relationship sets such as the echelon pattern induction,partner network interaction,and innovation matrix fission,the relative sets were constructed.By identifying the internal environment of context superposition,cluster configuration,and fusion expansion,and the external environment of policy cycles,health economy,population environment,and technological disruption,a combined set of internal and external environments was formed.Furthermore,the"four co-planning"driving strategies of consensus degree,co-construction force,co-creation point,and co-management aspect of the active health industry-education integration community were proposed.Through the actions of stakeholders,a feasible,appropriate,and applicable solutions for the deconstruction and reorganization of the history,reality,and development of the active health industry-education integration community were obtained,thereby contribute to improving the construction quality and efficiency of the active health industry-education integration community.
