信阳牛至挥发物组分及抑菌活性分析

Analysis of Volatile Organic Components from Origanum vulgare and Their Fumigation Antifungal Effect on Botrytis cinerea

摘要 为了探究信阳地区牛至挥发油的抑菌作用,试验采用GC-MS法分析鉴定了信阳牛至的挥发物组分,并测定了挥发油对番茄灰霉病菌和小麦赤霉病菌的熏蒸抑制作用。结果表明,信阳牛至挥发物主要组分为百里香酚、3-甲基-2-丁醇和g-萜品烯,其含量分别为29.285%、9.404%和8.382%。熏蒸抑菌试验发现,牛至挥发油对番茄灰霉病菌和小麦赤霉病菌均具有较明显的熏蒸抑制作用,EC50分别为为3.10和2.52μL/L,EC90分别为13.98和34.91μL/L,牛至挥发物处理后的番茄灰霉菌菌丝严重弯曲皱缩畸形,细胞结构有明显的损伤。表明牛至可做为新型天然杀菌剂进行开发利用。 In order to determine the fumigation antifungal effect of essential oil from Origanum vulgare in Xinyang city of Henan province.The VOCs of O.vulgare in Xinyang city was extracted and analyzed by HS-SPME-GC-MS.The fumigation antifungal effect of essential oil from O.vulgare Botrytis on B.cinerea and Fusarium graminearum was also determined.The results showed that the main chemical constituents were thymol,2-butanol,3-methyl-and g-terpinene,the content in O.vulgare Botrytis in Xinyang city was 29.285%,9.404%and 8.382%,respectively.Fumigation inhibition test showed that the essential oil of O.vulgare had ideal fumigation antifungal effect on both B.cinerea and Fusarium graminearum,with EC 50 was 3.10 and 2.52μL/L,EC 90 was 13.98 and 34.91μL/L,respectively.After being treated with the VOCs of O.vulgare,the mycelia of B.cinerea was severely bent,crimpled and malformation,the cell structure was seriously damaged.This study provided a fundamental basis for developing new natural fungicides on O.vulgare.
