人工智能赋能高校育人体系的路径研究:以某应用型高校为例

摘要 随着人工智能技术的不断发展,高校育人工作正面临转型升级的新机遇。应用型高校作为人才培养的重要阵地,需要在育人模式中更有效地融合新技术,提升育人质量。以应用型高校为研究对象,围绕人工智能在育人工作中的应用展开分析,探索其在学生管理、职业指导、心理服务和能力培养等方面的实践路径。通过调研与案例分析,提出构建“AI课程嵌入+智能管理工具+数据驱动评价”的育人新模式。研究表明,人工智能的引入不仅提升了辅导员和教师的工作效能,也促进了学生数字素养、实践能力和自主发展的协同提升。本研究可为高校推动教育数字化转型与育人机制创新提供现实参考。 With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology,the education work of colleges and universities is facing new opportunities for transformation and upgrading.As an important position for talent training,applied universities need to more effectively integrate new technologies into the education model to improve the quality of education.This paper takes applied universities as the research object,analyzes the application of artificial intelligence in education work,and explores its practical paths in student management,career guidance,psychological services and ability training.Through investigation and case analysis,it proposes to build a new education model of"AI course embedding+intelligent management tools+data-driven evaluation".The study shows that the introduction of artificial intelligence not only improves the work efficiency of counselors and teachers,but also promotes the coordinated improvement of students'digital literacy,practical ability and independent development.This study can provide a practical reference for colleges and universities to promote the digital transformation of education and innovation of education mechanisms.
