摘要
穴位埋针疗法是传统中医外治法的重要分支,其通过将微型针具留置于皮下,实现对机体的持续刺激,进而调节机体功能。本文以《黄帝内经》“皮部-经络-脏腑”理论为指引,深入探究穴位埋针疗法经由皮部反应点激发经气、调节脏腑功能的作用机制,并系统总结其临床应用经验。穴位埋针疗法凭借多层次、持续性的刺激特点,在疼痛性疾病、慢性疾病及亚健康状态等病症的治疗中展现出显著效果,为中医外治法的现代化发展提供坚实的理论依据和实践指导。
Acupoint needle-embedding therapy is an important branch of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method,which involves prolonged retention of micro-needles in subcutaneous tissues to deliver sustained stimulation,thereby regulating physiological functions.This article is guided by the theory of“cutaneous-channel-zang fu viscera”from Huangdi Neijing,explores in depth action mechanism of acupoint needle-embedding therapy in stimulating meridian qi,and regulating zang fu viscera function through cutaneous reaction points,and systematically summarizes its clinical application experience.Acupoint needle-embedding therapy has shown significant effects in the treatment of painful diseases,chronic diseases,and sub-health conditions with multi-level,and continuous stimulation characteristics,providing a solid theoretical basis and practical guidance for modernization of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method.
