摘要
目的探讨排痰护理联合中医穴位按摩在支气管哮喘急性发作期患者中的应用。方法选取2018年3月—2019年4月收治的68例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组采取常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上对患者实施排痰护理联合中医穴位按摩护理干预。护理后,分析对比2组患者的肺功能指标及临床症状情况。结果护理后,观察组患者FEV1、PEF、MMEF与对照组相比较高,且咳嗽消失时间、胸闷消失时间、喘息消失时间和肺部哮鸣音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论排痰护理联合中医穴位按摩用于支气管哮喘急性发作期患者中效果显著,可有效减轻临床症状,促进病情缓解,改善肺功能。
Objective To study the application of expectoration nursing combined with acupuncture point massage in the patients with acute episode bronchial asthma.Methods 68 patients with acute episode bronchial asthma from March 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.In the control group,routine intervention was taken,and the observation group performed expectoration nursing combined with acupuncture point massage on the basis of the control group.After nursing,the lung function and clinical symptoms of the two groups were analyzed.Results After nursing,the FEV1,PEF,MMEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the cough disappearance time,chest distress disappearance time,breath disappearance time and lung asthma disappearance time of the observation group were shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of expectoration nursing combined with acupuncture point massage in the patients with acute episode bronchial asthma can effectively reduce clinical symptoms,promote the remission of disease and improve lung function.
