摘要
目的 构建科学、系统、符合口腔专科特点的护理质量评价指标体系,以全面评估和提升口腔门诊护理质量。方法 根据文献研究形成指标体系初稿,采用德尔菲法对15名专家进行两轮函询,根据专家意见调整和优化指标。结果 两轮函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.844,协调系数显著(P<0.05)。构建的指标体系具有较高的科学性和一致性。结论 本研究构建的口腔门诊护理质量评价指标体系对口腔门诊护理质量的评价和质量控制提供了一定的参考依据。
Objective To construct a scientific,systematic,and specialized nursing quality evaluation index system that conforms to the characteristics of dental specialties,in order to comprehensively evaluate and improve the quality of dental outpatient nursing.Methods The first draft of the indicator system was developed based on the literature research.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of inquiry with 15 experts,and the indicators were adjusted and optimized according to their opinions.Results The effective response rate of the two rounds of inquiry questionnaires was 100%,with an expert authority coefficient of 0.844 and a significant coordination coefficient(P<0.05).The constructed indicator system had high scientificity and consistency.Conclusion The evaluation indicator system for dental outpatient nursing quality constructed in this study can provide a certain reference basis for the evaluation and quality control of dental outpatient nursing quality.
