摘要
临床教学的高效与质量,可以确保临床医学生在培训期间学习到过硬的专业知识与技能,为未来从事医疗活动奠定良好基础。基于耳鼻喉科“孔小、洞深、难以窥及”的专科特点,解剖复杂而且空间结构较为抽象,专科性质强。通过病案式学习(case basis learning,CBL),医学生能够接触到真实的临床案例,从而加深对疾病诊断和治疗的理解。这种教学方法不仅帮助医学生学习具体的临床技能和知识,还能培养其分析和解决问题的能力。该课程以“病案”为试点,探索CBL教学模式在耳鼻咽喉科临床教学的应用。以期在今后的临床教学中使用,提高耳鼻喉科的教学质量。
The efficient and high-quality clinical teaching can ensure that clinical medical students learn solid professional knowledge and skills during the training period,laying a good foundation for future medical activities.Based on the specialty characteristics of otolaryngology,such as"small holes,deep cavities,and difficult to see,"the anatomy is complex and the spatial structure is more abstract,with a strong specialty nature.Through case-based learning(CBL),medical students can come into contact with real clinical cases,thereby deepening their understanding of disease diagnosis and treatment.This teaching method not only helps medical students learn specific clinical skills and knowledge,but also cultivates their ability to analyze and solve problems.This course takes"case"as a pilot,exploring the application of CBL teaching model in the clinical teaching of otolaryngology.In order to be used in future clinical teaching and improve the quality of teaching in otolaryngology.
