摘要
目的:探究以人性化为核心原则的标准化护理在介入手术室护理工作中的实践成效。方法:选取2022年9月到2024年6月期间礼县第一人民医院介入手术室诊治的180例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分别采选90例,划分对照组和观察组。对照组接受常规手术室护理管理,观察组采用以人性化为原则的标准化护理。对照分析两组患者在护理服务满意度水平及护理风险发生情形方面的差异。结果:观察组护理服务满意度等次明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护理风险事件发生机率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:以人性化为原则的标准化护理在介入手术室护理中的应用效果显著,不仅能够提升护理专业性,满足患者的护理服务需求,还能够防范介入手术的相关风险,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized nursing based on humanization principle in interventional operating room nursing.Methods:A total of 180 patients admitted to the interventional operating room of the First People’s Hospital of Li County from September 2022 to June 2024 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 90 patients in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing management,and the observation group received standardized nursing based on the principle of humanization.The satisfaction of nursing service and the occurrence of nursing risk were compared between the two groups.Results:Patients in the observation group reported significantly higher satisfaction with nursing services than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group also demonstrated a significantly lower incidence of nursing risk events than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of standardized nursing based on the principle of humanization in interventional operating room nursing is remarkable,which can not only improve the professionalism of nursing and meet patients’nursing service needs,but also prevent the related risks of interventional operations,which is worth promoting.
