摘要
针对合成氨生产中液氮洗工艺的尾气回收技术优化,提出了增加洗涤氮含量、中压氮气压力、液氮使用量以及调节甲烷塔与氮气塔的塔底液位阀等优化措施。对比优化前、后的尾气回收效果,结果显示:优化前,尾气中的甲烷体积分数高达8.2%,远超过了设计标准的0.9%。优化后,甲烷的体积分数降至0.4%。同时,优化前,液化天然气中的甲烷气流量仅为1.04×10^(4)m^(3)/h。优化后,气流量提升至1.24×10^(4)m^(3)/h,更接近设计标准。此外,优化后,生产的液化天然气纯度增长至99.6%。采用尾气回收优化措施,不仅能有效提升尾气甲烷气体的回收率,而且能提升液化天然气的纯度,为合成氨生产中液氮洗工艺的尾气回收技术提供了新的思路。
Four optimization measures have been proposed for the tail gas recovery technology of liquid nitrogen washing process in synthetic ammonia production,including increasing the washing nitrogen content,medium pressure nitrogen pressure,liquid nitrogen usage,and adjusting the bottom liquid level valves of methane tower and nitrogen tower.The results showed that the methane gas content in the exhaust gas before optimization was as high as 8.2%,far exceeding the design standard of 0.9%.After optimization,the methane content decreased to 0.4%.At the same time,the methane gas flow rate in liquefied natural gas before optimization was only 1.04×10^(4)m^(3)/h,and after optimization,the gas flow rate was increased to 1.24×10^(4)m^(3)/h,which is closer to the design standard.In addition,the purity of liquefied natural gas produced after optimization has increased to 99.6%.The optimization technology for exhaust gas recovery proposed by the research institute can effectively improve the recovery rate of methane gas in exhaust gas and increase the purity of liquefied natural gas,providing new ideas for exhaust gas recovery technology in liquid nitrogen washing process in synthetic ammonia production.
