摘要
利用Aspen Plus软件对低温甲醇洗系统的甲醇洗塔进行了模拟计算.通过应用该软件提供的不同模型进行模拟计算对比,可以确定RKSWS模型较为接近,对二元交互作用参数进行修改,修改后的模型是一种适用于模拟甲醇洗涤塔工艺过程计算的模型.模拟计算分析结果表明:温度和流量的误差都很小,各组分含量的误差也很小,均在1%之内.由此可知,修改后的模型可以较好的应用于甲醇洗涤塔工艺流程中.
With the aid of process software Aspen Plus, a recsitol unit of methanol wash column is transferred and set up in the software and calculation is performed. Calculated and compared with different thermodynamics equations in Aspen Plus, model RKSWS is used. Then modify the binary parameters of RKSWS. The modified model is a suitable state in methanol wash column of recsitol unit. The analog computation result indicates, the error of temperature and mole flow is very little, so are compounds. So the modified model is good for methanol wash column of recsitol unit.
