摘要
为了解决合成氨生产过程中单位能耗高、经济性差的不足,对合成氨工艺技术进行研究,将传统的固定床造气工艺升级为污水制水煤浆造气工艺。在系统中增加了空分、醇烷精制、蒸汽发电等辅助装置,在优化后反应过程中的COD污水、高氨氮等可以作为原料参加到气化反应中,减少了循环和二氧化碳排放。根据实际应用可知,优化后能够将合成氨的生产综合能耗降低29.1%,将合成氨的生产成本降低390元/t,显著提升了合成氨的生产经济性。
In order to address the shortcomings of high unit energy consumption and poor economic efficiency in the production process of synthetic ammonia,research was conducted on the synthetic ammonia process technology,and the traditional fixed bed gasification process was upgraded to the wastewater to coal water slurry gasification process.Auxiliary devices such as air separation,alcohol refining,and steam power generation have been added to the system.After optimization,COD wastewater and high ammonia nitrogen from the reaction process can be used as raw materials to participate in the gasification reaction,reducing circulation and carbon dioxide emissions.According to practical applications,optimization can reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of synthetic ammonia production by 29.1%,lower the production cost of synthetic ammonia by 390 yuan/t,and significantly improve the economic efficiency of synthetic ammonia production.
