摘要
介绍了中国石油吉林石化公司化肥厂30万吨/年合成氨装置的基本情况,提出冷冻系统目前存在的问题,分析问题产生的原因。探讨冰机蒸汽消耗高的原因,对装置70%负荷时氨压缩机三段入口流量进行了计算,提出降低冰机蒸汽消耗的节能改造方向。
The basic status of 300,000 t/a ammonia plant in Fertilizer Works of Jilin Petrochemical,CNPC was introduced,the problems presently-existed in refrigeration system indicated and the causes for the issues analyzed;cause for high steam consumption by refrigerator discussed,suction flowrate at third stage of ammonia compressor under 70% plant load calculated and orientation to energy saving in reduction of steam consumption by refrigerator put forward.
