摘要
以某石化公司3.5 Mt/a柴油加氢裂化装置分馏塔底加热炉为例,对加热炉出口管道振动原因进行分析,制定改造方案。通过在加热炉出口管道增设阻尼器,有效降低管道振动值,并对加热炉整体管道布局进行改造,合理改变管道介质流向,降低分支管道流通阻力,从而彻底解决管道振动问题。
Taking the distillation tower bottom heating furnace of a 3.5 Mt/a diesel hydrocracking unit in a petrochemical company as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of pipeline vibration at the outlet of the heating furnace and develops a renovation plan.By adding dampers to the outlet pipeline of the heating furnace,the vibration value of the pipeline can be effectively reduced,and the overall pipeline layout of the heating furnace can be modifed to reasonably change the flow direction of the pipeline medium and reduce the flow resistance of branch pipelines,thus completely solving the problem of pipeline vibration.
