为保证管道系统设计的性能可靠及安全,通过分析国内外有关标准,综合总结了管道布置设计中三种类别直管段的区别和不同要求:稳流段长度最为复杂,涉及性能和安全,确定可按相应标准或孔板流量计要求;支吊架跨距最好按具体支撑及荷载条件计算;焊缝间距长度尽量满足施工规范,视情况可让步。
In order to ensure piping system reliability and safety, with the analysis of relevant standards at home and abroad, the differences of straight segments in piping layout design and different requirements were summarized. Steady flow segment has the most completed requirements, in which characteristics and safety are involved and which can be determined according to relevant standards and the requirements for orifice plate flow meter. The space between supports should be determined from the calculation based on support and load condition. The straight distance among welds should meet the requirements in construction codes, but which can be compromised.
