摘要
对于高置在大跨度钢桁架上的室内标准泳池、屋面无边泳池,其泳池底板采用传统的钢筋桁架楼承板时,钢筋桁架易产生多个渗漏路径,且底部压型钢板也不利于渗漏点的查找及维修。通过将钢筋桁架楼承板替换为普通现浇混凝土板,同时利用钢结构自身承载力,在钢桁架及钢梁上架设底模可拆卸的型钢支模体系来解决上述问题。该支模方法有效避免了高大支模架的搭设,加快了泳池模板的搭设进度,且现浇混凝土底板更有利于后期的运营维护。
For indoor standard swimming pools and rooftop infinity swimming pools on high-altitude large-span steel trusses,there are probably multiple leakage paths when conventional steel truss slabs are applied on the floors of such swimming pools.In addition,profiled steel plates at the bottom are not conducive to identification and repair of leaks.This problem can be solved by using ordinary cast-in-place concrete slabs instead of steel truss slabs and,based on the bearing capacity of steel structures,erecting a profiled steel formwork system with detachable bottom formworks on steel trusses and steel beams.This formwork erection technology is helpful to effectively avoid erection of high formworks and accelerate the formwork erection of swimming pools.Furthermore,cast-in-place concrete slabs are more conducive to subsequent operation and maintenance.
