摘要
启德威尔登酒店为高78.2m的框架剪力墙高层结构,平面形状窄长,塔楼中庭洞口贯穿标准层,屋面为无级泳池;裙楼4层,顶部宴会厅跨度约35m,采用钢桁架结构;通过合理的结构选型和竖向构件布置,在满足结构计算各项指标的同时解决了客房景观要求,实现结构布置安全合理经济的目标。
Qideweierdeng hotel has a 78.2-meters-hight frame-sheared wall structure, whose plane shape is long and narrow with a atrium hole throughout the tower. The top of the hotel tower is a boundless swimming pool. Annex is four stories high, on the top of which is banquet hall with a span of 35 meters designed to steel truss structure. By chosing a reasonable structural modal and vertical system, the structure satisfies the requirement of calculating in- dex also the river view of guess room all around the tower. A target of making a safe, reasonable and economical building has been achieved.
