摘要
为了解决矿用卡车电磁风扇离合器摩擦片产生的碎屑进入发动机导致其损坏的问题;以露天矿930E-4矿用卡车为例,介绍了电控硅油风扇离合器的结构、工作原理及操作使用流程,分析了该电控硅油离合器应用于930E-4矿用卡车后的实际使用情况与效益。应用电控硅油风扇离合器极大延长了发动机寿命,并降低了离合器故障频次,提高了车辆的利用率。
In order to solve the problem of debris generated by the friction plate of the electromagnetic fan clutch of mining trucks entering the engine and causing damage,taking 930E-4mining truck as an example,this article introduces the structure,working principle and operation process of the electrically controlled silicone oil fan clutch,and analyzes the actual situation and benefits of the clutch applied to 930E-4mining truck.The application of electrically controlled silicone oil fan clutch greatly extends the engine life,reduces the frequency of clutch failure,and improves the utilization rate of mining trucks.
