摘要
随着中国农机智能化发展和环保要求日趋严格,拖拉机的新技术应用越来越广泛。利用电控硅油离合器无级变速的特点,柴油机控制器精准控制风扇的转速,实现柴油机始终在最佳工作温度运转,提高拖拉机工作效率,减少燃油消耗,降低噪声。介绍了电控硅油离合器风扇的组成、工作原理和故障排查方法。通过试验对比,验证电控硅油离合器的优势。
With the intelligent development of agricultural machine and increasingly strict environmental requirement in China,more and more new technologies will be applied for tractor.According to the performance of stepless speed change in electro magnetic-controlled silicon oil clutch fan,the ECU of diesel engine controls the fan speed accurately,so that the diesel engine can work under the best working temperature,and which can improve the working efficiency of the tractor and reduce the fuel consumption and noise.This article introduces the constitute,operation principle of electromagnetic-controlled silicon oil clutch and its fault detection method.By a test comparison,the superiority of electromagnetic-controlled silicon oil clutch is proved.
