摘要
上皮-肌上皮癌(EMC)是一种罕见的低度恶性唾液腺型肿瘤,大多数发生在腮腺,其次是下颌下腺和小唾液腺,而原发于肺的上皮-肌上皮癌极其罕见,国内外文献多为个案报道,且再发乳腺原发癌的肺上皮-肌上癌目前国内外尚无报道,为提高对该病的认识,现将我院收治的1例患者予以报道。
Epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma(EMC)is a rare low-grade malignant salivary gland-type tumor.It mostly occurs in the parotid gland,followed by the submandibular gland and minor salivary glands.However,primary EMC of the lung is extremely rare,and has been reported in mostly case reports of national and international origin.Currently,there is no report of pulmonary EMC with recurrent primary breast cancer.To improve the awareness of this disease,we here report one such case of a patient admitted to our hospital.
