摘要
鉴于新型抽水蓄能电站输水系统在空间布局与经济性方面具有独特的优势,开展了抽水蓄能电站引水竖井与调压井结合布置结构有限元分析。首先建立转弯管、调压室竖井及外覆岩体共存的整体模型,然后进行引水竖井与调压井结合布置有限元分析,揭示转弯段与连接管连接处应力、应变的分布规律,最后开展调压室衬砌体型优化设计,探讨混凝土喷层厚度与调压室大井衬砌底板位置对结构受力的影响。结果表明,引水竖井与调压井结合布置在转弯段内侧和转弯段与连接管连接的衬砌处出现局部应力集中现象,但结构总体安全;增加混凝土喷层厚度能有效改善引水竖井与调压井结合布置体型受力情况;调压室大井底板衬砌位于转弯段出口处的体型受力情况较其他体型良好。
The water transmission system of new-type pumped storage power station has unique advantages in terms of spatial layout and economy.Finite element analysis of combined arrangement of diversion shaft and surge shaft for pumped storage power station were studied.Firstly,the model incorporating the bend section,surge shaft,and overlying rock mass was established.Then,the finite element analysis of the combined arrangement of diversion shaft and surge shaft was carried out to reveal the stress-strain distribution patterns at the location where the turning section is connected to the connecting pipe.Finally,the optimized design of the surge shaft lining was conducted to explore the influence of the thickness of the concrete spray coating and the position of the bottom plate of the large well lining in the pressure regulating chamber on the structural stress.The results indicate that the localized stress concentrates on the inside of the turning section and on the lining of the turning section and the connecting pipe.But the structure is generally safe.It is effective to add concrete spray layers for improving the stress of the combined layout of diversion shaft and surge shaft.The body of the surge chamber's large well floor liner located at the outlet of the turnaround section is better stressed than the other body types.
