分子标记技术在枣树上的研究进展及展望

摘要 枣是我国原产重要果树和五大经济林树种之一,有着很高的营养价值和药理作用,同时在山沙碱旱土地资源高效利用和乡村振兴中发挥着重要作用。分子标记技术凭借其稳定、准确、高效等优势,在枣树上得到广泛应用。本文梳理了植物分子标记的种类及其基于技术原理、多态性来源等不同维度的分类体系,并阐述了选择分子标记的依据和策略。当前,第二代分子标记如SSR在枣树上仍广泛应用,但第三代分子标记如SNP、InDel正成为发展主流。本文还综述了分子标记在枣树种质资源鉴定、遗传多样性分析、亲缘关系研究、遗传图谱构建、全基因组关联分析、基因定位及驯化和进化研究等多方面的应用进展,并讨论了存在问题和未来研究方向,以期为枣树上更科学高效的应用分子标记、促进枣树分子标记辅助育种提供借鉴参考。 As one of the five major economic forest species and important native fruit tree in China,jujube has high nutritional value and pharmacological effects,and meanwhile it plays an important role in the efficient use of mountain sand and alkaline dry land resources and rural revitalization.Molecular marker technology has been widely used in jujube as its advantages of stability,accuracy and efficiency.In this paper,we sorted out the types of plant molecular markers and their classification system based on different dimensions,and elaborated the basis and strategies for selecting molecular markers.Currently,second-generation molecular markers such as SSR are still widely used in date palm,but third-generation molecular markers such as SNP and InDel are becoming the mainstream of development.This paper also summarized the progress of molecular markers in the identification of jujube germplasm resources,genetic diversity analysis,kinship research,genetic map construction,genome-wide association analysis,gene localization,domestication and evolutionary research,etc,which discussed the problems and future research directions,aiming to provide reference for the scientific and efficient application of molecular markers in jujube,and promote jujube molecular markers-assisted breeding.
