浙江省水利行业地图作业平台设计与实现

Design and implementation of map operation platform for water conservancy industry of Zhejiang Province

摘要 为整合、利用水利空间数据资源,推动浙江省水利行业内数据的高效交换与共享,加速水利要素标绘、制图等业务的信息化与协同化进程,建设浙江省水利行业地图作业平台,构建覆盖全省的水利空间数据共享服务体系。在深入研究水利电子地图空间要素表达方式和制图规范的基础上,研发在线地图、资源中心、在线标绘、智能制图等功能模块,打造一个集数据在线采集、可视化展示、制图操作、服务共享等功能于一体的统一的地图作业平台,实现对全省水利空间数据资源的有效整合管理与发布共享,并创新水利工程等数据的采集模式,为用户提供统一、标准的水利电子地图服务。研究结果不仅可提升水利空间数据资源的整合管理水平,还推动水利要素制图等智慧化应用的快速发展,为全省水利行业的信息化建设与协同化发展奠定坚实基础。 To integrate and utilize spatial data resources in the water conservancy sector,promote efficient data exchange and sharing within Zhejiang Province,and accelerate the informatization and collaboration of water conservancy element mapping and cartography,a provincial water conservancy map operation platform was developed to establish a spatial data sharing service system covering the entire province.Based on an in-depth study of the spatial element expression methods and cartographic specifi cations of water conservancy electronic maps,functional modules such as online mapping,resource center,online plotting,and intelligent cartography were developed,forming a unifi ed platform that integrates data collection,visualization,mapping operations,and service sharing.This platform effectively integrated,managed,and disseminated the province’s water conservancy spatial data resources,while innovating data collection modes for water conservancy projects and providing users with unifi ed and standardized electronic map services.The results not only improve the integration and management of spatial data resources but also promote the rapid development of intelligent applications in water conservancy mapping,laying a solid foundation for the informatization and collaborative development of the province’s water conservancy industry.
