摘要
湖北省水利"一张图"服务共享平台以公共基础地理和水利核心业务数据为基础,通过综合运用GIS、服务融合等技术手段,对多时空水利数据进行综合管理、分析,并提供标准OGC服务接口,为其他水利业务系统的快速搭建提供平台支撑,实现"统一数据管理、规范服务接口、高效搭建系统"的综合管控目标,为业务应用系统提供真正意义上的水利"一张图"服务。
Based on public geographic information and key business data of water resources, Hubei provincial“One-Map”geo-information integration and service sharing platform of water resources generally manages and analyzes multiple spatial and temporal scale data, and provides standard OGC interfaces as a platform support for rapid establishing of components in other water resources services. It realizes the comprehensive control target of“unified data management, standard service interfaces, efficient systems establishing”, and provides“One-Map”of water resources in its true sense for business application systems.
