摘要
本研究旨在通过构建基于IAD模式的医用耗材管理体系,解决传统管理模式中的痛点问题,实现医用耗材的精细化管理。为进一步推动医用耗材管理向科学化、规范化、精细化发展,医院以需求为导向、以物流信息技术为支撑,构建医用耗材IAD模式,包括医用耗材智慧化配送分析平台(IA)和医用耗材智慧化集约配送服务(ID),通过构建多院区一体化云仓和四级耗材储备体系,有效缓解了医院内部耗材储备空间不足的问题,提高了供货效率,实现了耗材目录的标准化管理,降低了库存和损耗成本,提高了医院的经济效益。
This study aimed to establish a medical consumables management system based on the IAD framework to address limitations in conventional management approaches and achieve precision management.To advance the scientific,standardized,and precision management of medical consumables management,the hospital developed an IAD model driven by clinical needs and supported by logistics information technology.The system comprises an intelligent analysis platform(IA)for medical consumables distribution and an intelligent distribution service(ID).Through the implementation of an integrated multi-campus cloud storage system and a four-level consumables reserve mechanism,the solution effectively alleviated internal storage space limitations,improved supply efficiency,standardized the consumables catalog,reduced inventory and loss costs,and improved the hospital's economic performance.
