摘要
为实现核电站全身计数器全流程无人值守测量,设计了一套完整的自动化测量系统。全身计数器(whole body counter,WBC)自动测量系统涵盖了自动信息识别、管理、测量分析等重要功能,通过相关传感器检测人员权限和位置,并全程通过人员身份数据和测量数据调控扬声器和显示屏等交互设备,引导人员有序自主测量。服务器内部程序对整个系统的信息进行自动化管理和分析,最终实现有效数据的存储和异常状态的处理等。结果表明:该系统有效降低了个人剂量检测过程的成本和人为误差,提升了工作效率和测量准确性,成功实现了人员自主化,设备自动化的内污染检测流程。
In order to realize the unattended measurement of the whole process of the whole-body counter of Nuclear Power Station,a complete set of automatic measurement system is designed.The automatic measurement system of the whole-body counter(WBC)covers important functions such as automatic information recognition,management,measurement and analysis.It detects the authority and position of the personnel through the relevant sensors,and controls the speaker and display screen through the personnel identity data and measurement data to guide the personnel to measure orderly and independently.The internal program of the server automatically manages and analyzes the information of the whole system,and finally realizes the storage of effective data and the processing of abnormal state.The results show that the system effectively reduces the cost and human error of the individual dose detection process,improves the work efficiency and measurement accuracy,and successfully realizes the internal pollution detection process of personnel autonomy and equipment automation.
