自清洁材料的研究进展

摘要 自清洁材料主要分为超疏水材料和超双疏材料,在防污、防腐、防结冰等领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文总结了目前常用的几类超疏水材料的制备方法,包括离子处理法、刻蚀法、电化学法、自组装法等,从制备成本、稳定性以及自清洁能力等角度,介绍了现有制备技术的研究现状,以期为自清洁材料在工业中的大规模推广应用提供参考。 Self-cleaning materials include super hydrophobic materials and super-amphiphobic materials,and have a wide range of application prospects in the fields of anti-fouling,anti-corrosion,anti-icing,etc.In this paper,several commonly used preparation methods of superhydrophobic materials are summarized,including ion treatment,etching,electrochemical method,self-assembly method,the current research status of the existing preparation technology is analyzed from the perspectives of preparation cost,stability and self-cleaning ability,in order to provide reference for the large-scale promotion and application of self-cleaning materials in industry.
