摘要
本文考察了不同酸化浓度、时间和温度等因素对凹凸棒粘土及聚丙烯酰胺/凹凸棒土有机-无机复合高吸水性树脂性能的影响。结果表明,随盐酸浓度的增加,复合树脂的吸水率呈先减小后增大的变化趋势,盐酸浓度为6mol/L时制备的复合树脂的吸水率最低;随酸化时间的延长,复合树脂的吸水率逐渐增大;随酸化温度的升高,复合树脂的吸水率呈现增加的趋势。该结果说明对凹凸棒粘土进行不同方式的酸处理,可不同程度地影响复合高吸水性树脂的吸水性能。
The effects of concentration, time and temperature of acidification on properties of attapulghe clay and polyecrylamide/attspulghe clay high absorptive composites were studied. The results showed that the water absorbencies of the composites decreased first and then increased as HCI concentration increased, And the water absorbency was at lowest when the concentration of HCl was 6mol/ L the water absorbencies of the composites increased as the time of acidification prolonged; the water absorbencies of the composites increased as the temperature of acidification moved up. All these indicated that properties of high absorptive composite could be influenced in a certain extent by different acld-treatment ways for attapulgite clay.
