变压器油中不同硫化物分子的腐蚀性及腐蚀机理研究

摘要 本文针对二苄基二硫醚、二苄基硫醚、十六硫醇、苯丙噻吩、二苯基砜、二苯基亚砜这6种不同类型的硫化物,研究了不同硫化物种类、不同硫化物浓度、不同老化时间、不同老化温度对变压器油硫腐蚀性的影响。基于密度泛函理论,研究了6种硫化物分子在铜导体表面的吸附结构、吸附能、脱硫能与态密度分布。试验结果表明,二苄基二硫醚的腐蚀性最强,二苄基硫醚、十六硫醇、苯并噻吩具有轻微腐蚀性,而二苯基砜与二苯基亚砜不具有腐蚀性。硫腐蚀性除了与硫化物浓度正相关之外,老化温度和老化时间也极大地影响硫化物的腐蚀性。计算结果表明,二苄基二硫醚在铜导体表面吸附的过程中二硫键断裂生成了苄硫自由基,其余5种硫化物也均与铜吸附形成化学键。二苄基二硫醚的吸附能远高于其他5种硫化物,脱硫能远低于其他5种硫化物,费米能级降低最为显著。硫化物的吸附能、脱硫能和态密度变化与腐蚀性的强弱呈现显著相关性。 The effects of different sulfide types,different sulfide concentrations,different ageing time,and different ageing temperatures on the sulfur corrosion in transformer oil were studied,and the six different types of sulfides included dibenzyl disulfide,dibenzyl sulfide,hexamercaptan,benzothiophene,diphenyl sulfone,and diphenyl sulfoxide.On the basis of density functional theory,the adsorption structure,adsorption energy,desulfurization energy,and distribution of state density of six sulfide molecules on the surface of copper conductors were studied.The test results show that dibenzyl disulfide is the most corrosive,dibenzyl sulfide,hexamercaptan,and benzothiophene are slightly corrosive,while diphenyl sulfone and diphenyl sulfone are not corrosive.The sulfur corrosion is highly correlated with the sulfide concentration.In addition,the ageing temperature and ageing time greatly affect the corrosivity of sulfides.The calculation results show that during the adsorption of dibenzyl disulfide,the disulfide bond breaks to generate benzylthio radicals,and the other five sulfides also form chemical bonds with copper surface.The adsorption energy of dibenzyl disulfide is much higher than that of the other five sulfides,and the desulfurization energy of dibenzyl disulfide is much lower than that of the other five sulfides.The state density analysis shows that the Fermi level of dibenzyl disulfide decreases most significantly.The changes in adsorption energy,desulfurization energy,and distribution of state density of sulfides are significantly correlated with the corrosivity strength.
