摘要
聚砜树脂是一种特种工程塑料,具有优异的热稳定性、机械强度和化学稳定性。文章综述了聚砜的种类及制备技术,包括双酚A型聚砜、聚醚砜和聚亚苯基砜,介绍了主要生产厂家及其产品性能,并综述了聚砜在纤维、复合材料、分离膜和其他领域中的应用,尤其在过滤、海水淡化、血液透析中表现出较强的优势。通过接枝、填充、共混等改性方法能够进一步提升其性能。未来,随着环保要求的提高和高性能材料需求的增加,聚砜在高端制造、生物医药、水处理等领域具有广阔的发展前景。
Polysulfone resin is a special engineering plastic with excellent thermal stability,mechanical strength,and chemical resistance.The types and production techniques of bisphenol A-type polysulfone,polyether sulfone,and polyphenylene sulfone were introduced.It introduced major manufacturers,along with the performance of their products.Additionally,the applications of polysulfone resin in fibers,composites,separation membranes,and other fields were reviewed,demonstrating significant advantages particularly in filtration,seawater desalination,and hemodialysis.Modification methods through grafting,filling,and blending could further enhance their properties.In the future,with increasing demands for environmental protection and high-performance materials,polysulfones are expected to have broad development prospects in advanced manufacturing,biomedicine,water treatment,and other fields.
