摘要
在构建新发展格局的背景下,探究数字金融与内陆开放型经济高质量发展之间的内在联系,对破解内陆发展瓶颈、培育新增长具有重要的理论与现实意义。本文利用2012—2022年宁夏、贵州、江西三个已获批内陆开放型经济试验区的数字金融和内陆开放型经济高质量发展水平数据,采用基准回归和异质性分析方法展开研究。结果显示:第一,数字金融对内陆开放型经济高质量发展具有显著促进作用;第二,数字金融能推动产业转型升级;第三,数字金融促进内陆开放型经济高质量发展存在明显异质性。基于此,提出以下建议:政府需以数字金融为抓手,激活内陆开放潜力,营造优质营商环境;企业要借助数字金融,推动内陆开放型经济高质高效发展;金融机构要加大数字金融发展投入,助力内陆地区开放型经济空间协同发展。
Under the context of fostering a new development paradigm,investigating the intrinsic relationship between digital finance and the high-quality development of the open inland economy is of significant theoretical and practical importance for addressing development bottlenecks in inland regions and cultivating new growth drivers.This study utilizes data on digital finance and the level of high-quality development of the open inland economy from 2012 to 2022 in three approved inland open economy pilot zones—Ningxia,Guizhou,and Jiangxi—employing benchmark regression and heterogeneity analysis methods for investigation.The results show:Firstly,digital finance has a significant promoting effect on the high-quality development of the open inland economy;secondly,digital finance can drive industrial transformation and upgrading;thirdly,there is apparent heterogeneity in the promoting effect of digital finance on the high-quality development of the open inland economy.Based on these findings,the following recommendations are proposed:The government should take digital finance as a key driver to unlock the potential of inland open economy and foster a high-quality business environment;enterprises should leverage digital finance to advance the high-quality and efficient development of inland open economy;financial institutions need to increase investment in digital finance development to support the coordinated spatial development of open economy in inland regions.
