摘要
新时代以来,中部地区践行新发展理念,扎实推动高质量发展取得明显进展,在产业创新驱动发展、缩小区域城乡发展差距、内陆开放型经济发展、基本公共服务供给、现代化基础设施网络建设、流域生态环境保护等方面取得积极成效,进一步夯实地区加快崛起的基础。然而,目前中部地区高质量发展面临着一些新情况新问题,值得高度重视。“十五五”时期是在更高起点上扎实推动中部地区崛起的关键阶段,中央和地方要从推动中国式现代化的大局出发,紧紧围绕“三基地一枢纽”这个战略定位,在发展先进制造业集群、因地制宜发展新质生产力、融入区域重大战略、优化城镇化的空间形态、高起点建设内陆开放的产业承接平台等方面强化战略布局,同时也要针对当前新情况新问题采取精准有效的应对之策。
Central China has made a great progress in high quality development with the new development concept since the new era,and the progress is exhibited in various aspects,such as industrial development led by innovation,the narrowing of urban-rural gap,open economic development in inland regions,basic public servicesupplying,infrastructure network construction,and ecological environment protection for the rivers.However,Central China faces some new situation and problems which should be given high attention to.The next five years isconsidered a very important period for the rising of Central China,hence the central and local governments shouldhave all situation consciousness for Chinese-style modernization,persist in strategic position and strengthen strategicdistribution on developing advanced manufacturing clusters,developing new quality productive forces by local situation,integrating into national strategies,optimizing spatial distribution for urbanization,and constructing industrialopening platforms and other fields.In addition,the effective and accurate policies should be made for the new situation and problems.
