新能源汽车防火隔热植物纤维内饰增强PP复合材料制备及性能研究

Preparation and Performance Research of Fireproof and Heat-Insulating Plant Fiber Interior Reinforced PP Composite Materials for New Energy Vehicles

摘要 为提升新能源汽车内饰的防火隔热性能,以聚丙烯、聚乳酸为基础材料,以剑麻纤维为增强材料,以熔融共混挤出成型工艺制备了一种防火隔热植物纤维内饰增强PP复合材料。以试验方式对该复合材料的综合性能进行测试。结果表明,当剑麻纤维质量分数为20.0%时,该复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度分别达到了70.4MPa、110.6MPa、5.8kJ/m^(2),热变形温度、极限氧指数、残炭率分别达到了145.6℃、30.5%、28.5%,综合性能最优。 To enhance the fireproof and heat insulation performance of the interior of new energy vehicles,a fireproof and heat insulation plant fiber interior reinforced PP composite material was prepared by using polypropylene and polylactic acid as the base materials and sisal fiber as the reinforcing material through the melt blending extrusion molding process.The comprehensive performance of the composite material was tested by experimental means.The results show that:When the mass fraction of sisal fiber was 20.0%,the tensile strength,flexural strength and impact strength of the composite material reached 70.4MPa,110.6MPa and 5.8kJ/m^(2) respectively,and the heat distortion temperature,limiting oxygen index and carbon residue rate reached 145.6℃,30.5%and 28.5%respectively.The comprehensive performance was the best.
