竞赛赋能:教学能力与教学质量双提升的举措与成效

摘要 本文基于中南大学化学化工学院的实践经验,深入探讨了教学竞赛在提升高校教师教学能力和教学质量进程中的作用。通过成立教师教学能力发展指导小组、构建分层分类教师教学能力提升培训体系和长效机制等一系列改革举措,学院在教学团队建设、课程建设、教师教学能力进阶以及学生学习能力和创新意识培养等多个方面均取得了显著成效。本研究为高校教师教学能力提升提供了可借鉴的经验,助力高等教育教学质量的持续发展。 Based on the practical experience of the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Central South University,this paper conducts an in-depth exploration of the role of teaching competitions in enhancing the teaching capabilities and teaching quality of university teachers.Through a series of reform measures,includ-ing establishing a guiding group for the development of teachers’teaching capabilities,constructing a hierarchi-cal and categorized training system and a long-term mechanism for improving teachers’teaching capabilities,the college has achieved remarkable results in various aspects,such as the construction of teaching teams,curriculum development,the advancement of teachers’teaching capabilities,and the cultivation of students’learning abili-ties and innovative consciousness.This research aims to provide referenceable experiences for improving the teaching capabilities of university teachers and contribute to the sustainable development of the teaching quality of higher education.
