地下空间协同开发与资源共享研究——以广州市为例

摘要 随着城市化进程的加速,地下空间开发逐渐成为提升城市空间利用效率和改善居民生活质量的关键途径。文章聚焦于广州市的地下空间协同开发与资源共享,特别是珠江新城、万博商务区和金融城三个地下空间综合开发项目,探讨它们在不同发展阶段所代表的开发理念、技术进步及协同效应。通过深入分析各项目的设计理念、功能布局及交通系统,采用文献综述与案例比较的方法,揭示它们在推动城市经济增长、提升交通效率和优化公共服务等方面的独特贡献。研究结果表明,珠江新城的花城广场凭借其规模和多功能性,在城市空间整合中发挥了重要作用;万博商务区通过智能化交通管理和高效的地下商业布局,激发了城市活力;金融城的开发则侧重于精细化管理与多主体协同,推动了区域的可持续发展,并为未来地下空间的协同开发与资源共享提供了实践经验。 With the acceleration of urbanization,underground space development has gradually become a key approach to improve the urban space utilization efficiency and to enhance the residents’quality of life.This paper focuses on the collaborative development and resource sharing of underground spaces in Guangzhou,particularly the comprehensive underground space development projects of Zhujiang New Town,Wanbo Commercial Area,and Financial City,and explores the development concepts,technological advancements,and collaborative effects that represent different stages of urban growth.Through an in-depth analysis on each project’s design concepts,functional layout,and transportation systems,and employing literature review and case comparison methods,the paper reveals their unique contributions to driving urban economic growth,enhancing transportation efficiency,and optimizing public services.The findings indicate that Huacheng Square of Zhujiang New Town,with its scale and multifunctionality,plays an important role in urban space integration;Wanbo Commercial Area stimulates urban vitality through intelligent traffic management and efficient underground commercial layouts;and the development of Financial City emphasizes refined management and multi-stakeholder collaboration,driving sustainable regional development and providing practical experience for future collaborative development and resource sharing in underground spaces.
